Concealed Handgun Permits  

The Clerk of Court and her staff are required to follow statutory guidelines when processing Concealed Handgun Permit applications.  The Concealed Handgun Permit shall be issued within 45 days of the application being filed with the Circuit Court Clerk. 

Completed applications for RESIDENT permits shall be submitted to the circuit court of the county or city in which the applicant resides.  

Pricing

• A NEW Concealed Handgun Permit costs $30.00 for RESIDENTS.
• A RENEWAL Concealed Handgun Permit costs $30.00 for RESIDENTS.
• A Replacement Concealed Handgun Permit for an ADDRESS or NAME  costs $10.00.
• A Replacement LOST or STOLEN Concealed Handgun Permit costs $5.00.

Applications will be processed between 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday.
